Fr. Tony Russo honored in Wilmington, DE

Father Tony Russo was recognized Nov. 14 for his years of dedicated ministry and friendship toward the deaf community in Wilmington, DE. Wilmington Bishop W. Francis Malooly celebrated Mass, along with several of Fr. Russo’s Redemptorist confreres, at St. Joseph on the Brandywine in Greenville, DE.

Father Russo signed the Gospel and interpreted for the bishop during the Mass. Afterwards, the community gave Father Russo an icon of St. Francis de Sales, patron of the deaf, as a token of thanks for his ministry.
