Since 1732, the Redemptorists — a congregation of missionary priests and brothers — have followed in Jesus’ footsteps, preaching the Word and serving the poor and most abandoned.

At the Crossroads

The Redemptorists recently hosted several high-school-age young men at Holy Family Retreat House in Hampton, VA, for a Crossroads Retreat. The weekend also coincided with a retreat for Redemptorist students from across North America.

Crossroads is a weekend retreat program that offers high schoolers the opportunity to reflect more on "what more they can do" with the gifts God has given them. These "junior" retreats give participants a chance to learn more about the Redemptorist way of life and how they can live the values of the Gospel in their everyday lives. The retreats include time to talk, pray, and learn about life with a team of Redemptorists and lay people, and time to join other young men who feel the call to serve.
