Advent pilgrimage for young adults

The Redemptorists invite all young adults to join an Advent pilgrimage to the Shrine of St. John Neumann on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 2 to 8 p.m. The shrine’s address is 1019 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

Pilgrims will meet at the shrine at 2 p.m. Dec. 15 for a day of prayer, service, worship, and fellowship. Cost for the day (meal included) is $10.

The day begins with a tour of the shrine and a service project together, followed by a time of adoration, reflection and confession. The day ends with Mass and a meal.

Free parking is available in the shrine’s four parking lots: two accessible from Lawrence Street, one on Girard Avenue (Northeast corner of Girard and Lawrence), and one on 5th Street, across from St. Peter’s School.
