Welcome to this section of your journey with us. We are glad you stopped by to meet our Redemptorist Family! As you browse through the vocation portion of this section, you will hear from many Redemptorist Fathers and Brothers as well as from the men currently in various stages of the process to become Redemptorists. They are on an exciting journey and many of them will share their stories with you as you continue to visit this section. You will be enriched by the words of Father Phil Dabney, C.Ss.R., our Vocation Director who will guide you through the process of discerning God's call for your life. In our laity section, Father Pat Woods, C.Ss.R., our Provincial, will introduce you to the wonderful men and women who work alongside the fathers and brothers, making their special contribution to the works of the community. They are an integral part of the Redemptorist mission as they fulfill their personal call to God's work. Some serve as Lay Workers, our companions, who help us every day to get the job done. Others are Lay Associates who work in our parishes and retreat centers serving the parish members as well as the poor and abandoned in a variety of ways. Some feel called to enter our Lay Missionary Program, choosing to live in community with us all the time, joining us in the rhythm of our every day life of prayer, service and mission. As you read through these sections feel free to ask us questions about our life as religious and as laity in service with us.
